I have been working and consuming media exclusively in English for the past 13 years, and I know from personal experience that no textbook or academic approach will teach you enough about how the language is actually used in real life.
After finishing high school and passing the IELTS, I was sure that I knew English, until I found myself in the East Midlands town of Derby, UK, where people had a specific dialect and words pronunciation, and I had to learn the language all over again. Years later, I realised that only live conversations about interesting topics can truly improve your language skills. So that's what we will be studying - real life English.

I teach real-world English. We will explore different types of media: books, movies, and songs, to better understand the structure of the language. This method is more engaging than a traditional academic approach because you’ll stay motivated, never get bored, and learn English through associations and real-life references.
